All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

For next working day delivery, your order must be placed before a certain time.

For most products, the order must be received by 2pm otherwise it will be delivered the following working day.

For urgent requirements, please call us on 01293901938 to check next day availability.

Our customer service team will allocate a space for your order with our delivery partners to ensure it arrives in good condition and on time. You will receive an email on the day your order is sent with details. Normal delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. If you need more information about the delivery time, please contact the delivery company mentioned in the dispatch email.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
